It’s that time of year again, when snow covers half the country and people use the opportunity to step outside and attempt to conquer nature in the coolest ways possible.
In other words it’s snowboarding/skiing season.
One of the mainstays of both summer and winter action sports–the Dew Tour–recently convened in Breckenridge to celebrate its 10th anniversary. Competitions took place from December 11th through 14th and included men’s and women’s competitions in snowboarding and freeskiing on both superpipes and the slopes, featuring some of the greatest athletes and Olympians in the sport.
With four days of lively competition and a performance on Saturday by The Chainsmokers and special guest The Knocks, Dew Tour 2014 was once again a success. And we’ve got all your champion results right here, along with a few highlights:
Women’s Competitions:
Freeski SuperPipe Champion: Maddie Bowman
Freeski Slopestyle Champion: Keri Herman
Snowboard SuperPipe Champion: Kelly Clark
Snowboard Slopestyle Champion: Jamie Anderson
Men’s Competitions:
Freeski SuperPipe Champion: Torin Yater-Wallace
Freeski Slopestyle Champion: Gus Kenworthy
Snowboard SuperPiper Champion: Taylor Gold

Torque would like to congratulate all the winners at this year’s Dew Tour, and also congratulate Dew Tour itself on its ten year run. Hopefully there’s another great ten years of competition to come.
And now, we’ll leave you with some highlights from champions Keri Herman and Chas Guldemond:
