Orders within the United States are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Torque Sports and Performance does not ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. During holidays, our order processing time may increase. Torque Sports and Performance charges sales tax on orders shipped to Texas and Florida, plus local taxes for orders shipped to Southlake, TX. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
In-stock orders placed before 12pm Central time will ship the same day if shipping overnight, and within two business days if using the Standard or Priority Shipping option. Orders placed after 12pm Central time will be shipped the next business day with the selected Overnight Shipping.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE CORRECTLY IDENTIFIED YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AS RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL. FAILURE TO CORRECTLY IDENTIFY YOUR ADDRESS TYPE COULD RESULT IN DELAY OF YOUR SHIPMENT AND/OR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
We reserve the right to choose between shipping via USPS or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery for any order selecting Standard Shipping; If your shipping address does not allow delivery via FedEx, please specify this when ordering.
Both USPS and FedEx Home Delivery deliver on Saturdays. Please be aware that selecting the Standard Shipping option may result in Saturday delivery to commercial addresses; to ensure no Saturday delivery, please instead select one of the FedEx shipping options at checkout.
We are now shipping internationally! Please be aware, however, that as we begin implementing our new international shipping procedures, these orders may be delayed. Be sure to only select a service that delivers to your address, and to include a valid email address when checking out so that we may contact you if problems arise, and to add torque1.net to your list of safe domains. For all other purchases, please contact the company where you originally purchased the item. Torque1.net cannot accept returns/exchanges for items purchased at Torque Sports and Performance retail outlets.
Conditions for returns/exchanges:
To return your item, repackage your product in the original box if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip with a note describing the reason for return. Please write your daytime phone number on the packing slip- this will speed processing in the event we need to contact you. Send your package using a traceable delivery service of your choice, or the shipping label we provide in the case of defective items. Returns take 2 to 3 business days to process- you will be notified via e-mail when your return has been processed. We will attempt to refund the credit card you used for the original transaction. Your credit card company determines the time it takes for the returned amount to post to your account.
Please follow the return guidelines shown above when returning your product for exchange. Please note on the packing slip the item(s) you are exchanging, the desired replacement item(s), and the reason for exchange. You will receive credit for the amount paid for the item to be exchanged against the current advertised or list value of replacement items (unless the exchange is for the same or similar item, such as a different size). You may need to pay the difference in value if the value of the replacement merchandise is greater than the amount paid for your original purchase. In some cases, promotional offers on the original order may be withdrawn if the final items or a combination of final items received do not qualify for the promotion. Our stock changes frequently, so contacting us prior to your exchange is the best way to ensure we have your desired exchange item(s) in stock.
